Guidelines for Revision of Manuscript

After the peer review process, a manuscript may be returned to the authors for minor or major revisions based on reviewers’ comments and the editor's assessment. Authors are expected to carefully address all comments and resubmit a revised version of the manuscript.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth revision process:

1. Revision Timeline

Revised manuscripts must be submitted within 30 days of the issuance of the decision letter.
If additional time is required, authors must contact the editorial office before the deadline.

2. Preparing the Revised Manuscript

  • Use Track Changes to clearly indicate all modifications.
  • Ensure the manuscript fully complies with the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.
  • Carefully review language, grammar, clarity, and consistency before resubmission.
  • If figures or tables are revised, ensure they are of high quality and correctly numbered.

3. Response to Reviewers

Authors must submit a separate point-by-point response letter that:

  • Addresses each reviewer comment individually.
  • Clearly indicates where changes have been made in the manuscript.
  • Provides a clear and concise explanation if any suggestion was not followed.
  • Responses should be respectful, professional, and evidence-based.

4. Required Documents for Resubmission

Upload the following files:

  • Revised manuscript (with Track Changes enabled)
  • Authors response (point-by-point response)

Failure to adequately address reviewer comments or follow revision instructions may result in rejection of the manuscript.
