Steps for Online Submission
Abstract Submission Guidance Flow Chart
Register yourself by clicking “Online registration” tab under Registration. Fill all the required information as per directions on registration page.
Access your account by clicking on “User Login” located on the registration page, or alternatively, you can use the “login” tab found on the Home page of the registration section. Or you can also use “Online Abstract Submission” tab under Call for paper Section on Home page.
User id will be your email id
Authors must fill out all abstract details and authors information following the online abstract submission procedures.
Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the registered e-mail address. Kindly ensure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after completing your submission. Absence of this confirmation suggests an unsuccessful submission.
After acceptance from review committee, an acceptance mail will be sent mentioning the presentation category for which abstract has been approved by the committee.Note: If the author(s) want to modify their submitted abstract after their submission has been confirmed, they should request the organizing committee by submitting grievances form using grievances tab under contact us. Kindly mention the abstract title and theme in your grievances. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract. Editing will not be allowed after the submission deadline.
Awards Application Flow-Chart
Register yourself by clicking “Online registration” tab under Registration. Fill all the required information as per directions on registration page. If already registered then login using your login credentials.
Access your account by clicking on “User Login” located on the registration page, or alternatively, you can use the “login” tab found on the Home page of the registration section. Or you can also use “Submission of Award application” tab under Award Section on Home page.
User id will be your email id
Click on awards application tab and fill out all details and information following the online awards submission procedures.
Upload Filled award application form in prescribed proforma in .pdf, .doc and .docx files only (available at “Awards application Proforma” tab of “Awards” Section on Home page of Summit website).
Upload Filled citation in prescribed proforma in .ppt file only (available at “Award Citation Format” tab of “Awards” Section on Home page of Summit website).
Separate applications are required to be submitted for different awards.
Acknowledgment of your awards application submission will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
The Award Screening Committee will assess all the submitted applications, and upon selection, the mail will be sent to the selected candidate before 25th January, 2024.
