Welcome to the 4th Indian Horticulture Summit-cum-International Conference 2026
We are delighted to invite you to this prestigious event focused on "Harnessing Indigenous and Underutilized Horticultural Crops for Sustainable Development, Health and Economic Resilience".

Horticulture is one of the most important sectors in Indian agriculture, contributing significantly to nutritional security, income generation, employment creation, and export growth. With a wide spectrum of crops including fruits, vegetables, spices, flowers, plantation crops, tubers, mushrooms, and medicinal and aromatic plants, it plays a crucial role in agricultural diversification, climate resilience, and sustainable development, thereby supporting the national vision of our Viksit Bharat.

In this context, the Society for Horticultural Research and Development (SHRD) is organizing the 4th Indian Horticulture Summit-cum-International Conference 2026 from January 28 to 30, 2026 at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi.

The scientific gathering will provide a multidisciplinary platform for scientists, researchers, students, policy-makers, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders to deliberate upon advances in crop improvement, biotechnology, protected cultivation, precision farming, post-harvest management, value-addition, and supply chain innovations. It aims to foster collaboration and technical knowledge exchange for strengthening the role of horticultural science in achieving productivity enhancement, crop yield improvement, and overall prosperity on a sustainable basis.
