Abstract Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit abstracts via the online submission system of the summit only. Abstract through other mode will not be entertained.
Last date for abstract submission 20th January, 2024.
Authors can submit their abstract in any of the presentation (Oral/Poster) under suitable summit theme.
All the abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical review Committee and, if accepted, it will be assigned to the appropriate summit theme area based on your option and the program requirements.
For online abstract submission kindly first register yourself and submit abstract by login your user credentials under login tab or Online abstract submission tab(please refer flow chart of online abstract submission).
Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the registered e-mail address. Kindly ensure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after completing your submission. Absence of this confirmation suggests an unsuccessful submission.
The Technical Review Committee will assess all the submitted abstracts, and upon acceptance, an acceptance mail will be sent mentioning the presentation category for which abstract has been approved by the committee.
The Organizing Committee will be responsible for shortlisting the abstracts and determining the presentation categories.

Abstract Format
- Abstract should be prepared in MS word with default margins (A4 sheet/page size) not exceeding 350 words.
- Abstracts must be submitted online in word (.doc and .docx) or pdf format.
- Abstract contain a clear title, name and affiliation of the authors.
- The name of the presenting author should be underlined and E-mail should be given at the end.
- There should not be any sub-headings, figures, tables or references in the abstract.
- Abstract should be written using the Times New Roman font, and font size should be 14 with single spacing for title; 10 point for name of the authors, affiliations and corresponding email address; and 12 point with spacing of 1.15 for body of the abstract.
