Presentation
The Summit will cover lead, oral and poster presentations in each session.
Lead / Invited Papers
- Lead papers on specific topics highlighting the central theme of each session will be invited by the organizing committee
- Reserved for scientists known for their scientific intellect
- Speakers are requested to review national and international conditions
- Suggest future R&D of Horticulture in India
Extended abstracts for lead/invited papers (about 2 pages) are required to be submitted within a fortnight of request.
Full length papers will be required to be submitted by the stipulated deadline to ensure their inclusion in the souvenir, which will be published and released during the inaugural session.
Oral Presentations
- Both members and non-members of SHRD within India and abroad shall be considered
- Subject to relevance of the title and experience of the scientist
- Presentations shall be state-of-the-art reports
- Shortlisted speakers will have to make an oral presentation within the allotted time (strictly 07 min.)
- Followed by a 03-minute interactive session
- Presentation must be concise with not more than 15 slides
- Registration is mandatory to present the paper/abstract
- Submit your abstract in the prescribed format by the stipulated deadline

Poster Presentations
- Researchers/students are invited to submit abstracts (max two as senior registered author)
- Abstracts would be peer reviewed
- Presented as poster papers in the three-day event
- Registration is mandatory to present the paper/abstract
- Submit your abstract in the prescribed format by the stipulated deadline
Size: 92 x 122 cm or 36 (width) x 48 (height) inches
A space of 1 x 1.5 m would be provided for display of each poster
Times New Roman font with different font sizes should be used without mixing different fonts

Introduction; objective; material and methods; results and discussion; Table and figures; and Conclusion.
The poster will be required to be displayed at least 30 min before the commencement of the concerned session.
The physical presence of one of the authors is compulsory during presentation.
The decision of scientific committee will be final for date, timing of presentation of poster during the summit.
Conference Awards
Best oral presentation awards will be given in each session.
Best poster presentation awards will be given in each session.
